Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
This is a true 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, account management, and relationship-led recruitment. We’re open to people from outside the recruitment industry — what matters most is your ability to influence, consult, build trust, and create commercial opportunities.
You’ll be supported with comprehensive training across all aspects of recruitment, systems, and delivery. We’ve made significant changes to our processes and technology stack to reduce admin and create more time for high-value client and candidate engagement, putting the “consulting” back into Recruitment Consultant.
