Key responsibilities
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships
- Oversee leasing and tenant selection processes
- Conduct routine and final inspections
- Coordinate lease renewals and rent reviews
- Manage maintenance and arrears with structured support
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in residential property management, ideally 3 to 5+ years
- Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation
- Current WA registration
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts
- High attention to detail and a calm, professional approach
