About the role
This position focuses on processing incoming and outgoing repair work, including unboxing devices, creating work orders, preparing shipments, and boxing and shipping repaired devices. The role offers opportunities to expand into additional administrative and customer support tasks over time.
Key responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing repair work efficiently
- Unbox devices and create detailed work orders
- Prepare shipments and ensure proper boxing of repaired devices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow
- Follow established procedures accurately and reliably
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in customer service or operations roles
- Strong capability in handling detail-focused and repetitive tasks
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and work to schedules
- Willingness to learn new systems and internal workflows
- Comfortable using systems such as Salesforce and JDE
