With a degree in psychology and a master’s in IT security and driven by a passion for cybersecurity, Jesse founded Layer 8 Security in 2011, Australia's pioneering cyber awareness company. His visionary leadership and commitment to promoting cybersecurity awareness quickly established Layer 8 Security as an industry leader. In 2022, Jesse successfully orchestrated the sale of Layer 8 Security to Max White, co-owner of Data #3, marking a significant milestone in his career.
Continuing his impactful journey in the cybersecurity sector, Jesse founded JD Cyber Consulting in January 2021. Through this security-focused firm, Jesse has provided consulting expertise to a wide range of organisations, including cBus Super, Sun Super, Kmart Australia, National Dental Care, and the Queensland Government.
