Peta's recruitment career began in 2010 after returning home from a career break travelling around the USA.

After joining the people2people group in 2017 where she successfully managed a team of recruiters in Western Sydney, Peta returned to SA in 2019 to establish a people2people office in Adelaide’s CBD. In her first year, she led the Adelaide team to be awarded p2p’s office of the year for 2020.

In 2023, Peta became a Director of Edge Recruitment when Edge joined forces with people2people and was promoted to Managing Director of Edge Recruitment in April 2024.
