Before joining our Victoria office, Matthew graduated with a law honours degree from a distinguished university in the UK before delving into the legal profession, gaining valuable hands-on experience at two reputable law firms. Making a pivotal career move, he transitioned into the role of a legal recruitment consultant, specialising in private practice roles at prominent firms across the south of England. In October 2023, seeking new horizons, Matthew relocated to Melbourne and became an integral part of people2people. Taking on the role of a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, he focuses on permanent positions within the legal space, using his wealth of experience to identify and secure excellent opportunities for candidates seeking their next career move.
