Leon Keady is Shared Services General Manager for the people2people Group, leading key business functions across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. With more than 19 years of experience across finance, operations and transformation, Leon brings a strong commercial focus to the role, overseeing areas including Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Compliance and Legal while supporting the broader leadership team with strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth.
Leon’s background spans financial strategy, treasury, capital management, governance and large-scale operational transformation. He holds a Master of Applied Finance, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Graduate Certificate in Corporate Finance, and has built extensive experience across treasury, shared services, property, payroll and business transformation. Prior to joining people2people, he held senior finance and operational leadership roles across the telecommunications and services sectors, including leading complex transformation, divestment and integration projects.
