Krystal began her journey at people2people in 2019 as a graduate consultant specialising in legal support recruitment. Over the years, she progressed into leadership roles, including Team Leader and Team Success Manager, where she supported team development, office operations, and process improvement across the Melbourne branch. She has since returned to her recruitment roots and now works as a Senior Consultant, continuing to specialise in legal recruitment.
