Kristina Pejcinovic joined people2people’s HR Solutions team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in September 2025. Kristina brings with her three years of experience in the hospitality industry, where she developed strong interpersonal and organisational skills that complement her transition into the recruitment sector. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management, and is now applying her academic knowledge in her first professional HR role. Her studies and industry background have equipped her with a strong understanding of workplace dynamics and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities. Excited to begin her career in recruitment, Kristina is eager to grow with people2people and contribute to supporting both employers and job seekers through effective HR solutions.
