About Kaya Robins
Kaya Robins joined people2people in August 2025 as a Recruitment Consultant in the Perth team. Bringing a diverse background, Kaya has transitioned into recruitment after several years working in leadership roles within the dog industry, both in Australia and the UK. Most recently, she was a Supervisor at Future Proof Dog Training before relocating, and prior to that she successfully managed KNineDog Studio, a busy dog grooming salon in the UK for over three years. Alongside her management experience, Kaya has developed strong communication and interpersonal skills through customer service, hospitality, and sales roles. She also holds a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management. With this foundation and her recent move into recruitment, Kaya is well equipped to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates. Motivated by her love of connecting with people, Kaya has embraced recruitment as the perfect next step in her career.
