Originally from the UK, she relocated to Perth, Western Australia in 2025 to begin an exciting new chapter, following the completion of her law degree at the University of Manchester. Her academic background, combined with her global experience, enables her to approach recruitment with both analytical insight and genuine empathy.
Prior to transitioning into recruitment, Kate worked within the Income Generation sector of a leading UK child protection charity, where she operated in a highly client-facing environment. In this role, she developed strong relationship management skills, worked closely with stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes, and gained valuable experience navigating fast-paced, purpose-driven settings. This experience laid the foundation for her people-centric and solutions-focused approach to recruitment.
