Jayden joined people2people in 2026 after a 12-year career in the Australian Defence Force, where he served as a Captain in the Australian Regular Army. He now specialises in Accounting, Finance and Technology recruitment, partnering with clients and candidates across permanent and temporary roles. His approach is commercially focused and relationship-led, with an emphasis on understanding business needs and connecting organisations with quality talent.
Prior to joining people2people, Jayden worked as a Senior Military Recruitment Officer with ADF Careers, managing high-volume candidate pipelines across Victoria and Tasmania. His experience included candidate engagement, stakeholder management, influencing decision-making and working within fast-paced, target-driven environments. Across his Defence career, he also gained experience in workforce design, operational leadership, instruction and technical settings.
This broad background allows Jayden to work confidently with a range of stakeholders and understand both the people and operational considerations behind hiring decisions. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, golf, reading, movies and combat sports.
