About Holly Runciman

Holly Runciman joined people2people's Insiide Team as a People and Culture Coordinator in March 2025, bringing with her over seven years of experience across human resources and senior administration roles. Her career has spanned the consulting and lighting industries, where she developed a strong foundation in people-focused operations and workplace support. Currently undertaking her MBA in Change Management, Holly also holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management. She is passionate about leading strategic internal initiatives that enhance the overall people experience—whether that be for employees, candidates, or clients—fostering engagement and continuous improvement at every touchpoint.
