Chelsea has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) degree from the University of South Australia and multiple certifications in recruiting, return to work, and temp desk management. With 4.5 years' experience in recruitment, Chelsea initially joined the people2people Melbourne team in 2021. She provided end-to-end temporary recruitment services in various sectors, developed and maintained client relationships, collaborated with hiring managers and led internal teams as an Account Manager. Chelsea is now a Major Accounts Manager located in Adelaide, for a number of key national accounts and government bulk recruitment projects. Chelsea focuses on expanding business and connections, streamlining processes, and ensuring outstanding service for the people2people Group (Australia and New Zealand).
