Suhini Wijayasinghe
is the Head of HR Solutions at people2people, bringing more than 15 years of experience across human resources, workforce management and recruitment. Beginning her career in retail, Suhini transitioned into recruitment in 2011 within a RPO operation supporting a leading global mining organisation before joining people2people in 2012. Since then, she has held roles spanning talent management, specialist temporary and contract recruitment, and strategic HR consulting, while also completing a Master of Human Resource Management. Today, she leads the delivery of tailored workforce solutions across RPO, CMO, MSP, HR Consulting, and Outsourced Payroll. Known for her practical approach and commitment to quality, Suhini helps organisations navigate growth, transformation, and workforce challenges through solutions that improve efficiency, simplify complexity, and deliver sustainable outcomes - cutting wasted effort, not corners.
