Simon graduated from Macquarie University in 1986 with a BA, Llb. After several years in financial services Simon entered the recruitment industry in June 1994 and is now a recognised specialist recruiter of permanent accounting personnel in the Sydney market.

mark smith | operations director

A qualified accountant, Mark started his career with Deloitte in 1988. Moving into recruitment in 1994, Mark covered both permanent and temporary disciplines in markets including Sydney, Brisbane and London. Mark considers himself a specialist temporary and contract recruiter, with many years operational responsibility for multi-site recruitment firms.

manda milling | director business support

Manda commenced her accounting career and completed her B.Bus with Carpenter Owens (now Pitcher Partners) in 1988. Manda joined the recruitment industry in 1994, specialising in the recruitment of accounting personnel for 10 years. Changing disciplines to business support in 2004, Manda is responsible for p2p's business support division.
