Celebrating our temp workers

Since 2005, people2people has placed over 52,000 temp workers into their roles. Our organisation wouldn't be able to run without the trust job seekers have in us. To celebrate them, every month we select the most hard working temporary workers amongst the nominations from our clients and thank them with a gift from our closest local office.

Being professional and consistent in the amount and quality of your work. Sometimes things may occur that are out of our control but it's important for our clients to be able to rely on someone to always keep the same high standards. Trust is a key factor in a client-candidate relationship.

Communication

Being consistent with communication is important. Keeping in regular contact with your temp consultant and employer is important.
