To be successful in this busy role you will have a proven ability in wills and estates, either as a senior legal secretary, law clerk or paralegal. You will possess exceptional time management skills and be able to prioritise your deadlines and role requirements. Your high attention to detail, positive attitude, client service focus and communication skills will ensure you meet this roles long term role requirements.
Working as part of a small team alongside two lawyers and other paralegals you can expect to record your own time and take responsibility for file requirements as per client needs. Your duties will be varied and you can expect to be involved in:
- Preparing correspondence in relation to estate planning documentation
- Participate in client interviews with lawyers
- Liaising with clients via phone
- Opening and Closing matters
- Administration and file management
