Responsibilities:
Experienced in an environment of high level of calls coming through.
Operate a health and safety telephone hotline system with a professional manner.
Taking incoming General enquiries through direct phones and email contact.
Provide timely customer service and escalate enquiries to the appropriate person.
Update and retrieve information from electronic databases such as SIMS
Meet the agreed time frames and completing necessary tasks.
Essential for the role:
2-3 year's experience within a fast base call centre environment
Flexible, available for an immediate start
