Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager you will have a focus on ensuring smooth day to day operations for your clients. You will be accountable for:
- Answering enquiries and assisting with technical faults or issues remotely
- Guiding clients through simple procedures to resolve problems
- Investigating and troubleshooting any customer issues
- Adhering to business SLA's
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have experience in a similar role coupled with strong communication skills both verbally and written. Your ability to relate to your not so tech-savvy clients and walk them through simple procedures to resolve issues accordingly will be looked upon favourably.
