This boutique, award winning agency is known for their strategic and results focused vision. Due to growth, there is now the need for an all-rounder Team Assistant to assist in the day-to-day running of their administration and office processes.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your day-to-day responsibilities will include (among others):
- Personal assistant support to the MD
- Data entry and reporting from Xero and Workflow Max
- Ensuring the office is well equipped and tidy
- Answering and transferring calls, and greeting clients
- Event management
To be successful in this position you will consider yourself an all-rounder, proactive, and mature minded. You will have previous experience in a similar role with exposure to a project management software (ideally). This is an opportunity where you can grow your career, and absorb responsibilities as you demonstrate your drive and trustworthiness.
