Duties and Responsibilities may include:

    • Supporting a team
    • Diary and travel management
    • Assist with National Program preparations
    • Preparing welcome/exit emails for staff Nationally
    • Room booking and management
    • Meeting preparations
    • Assist with documents and documentation into the internal database
    • Performing administrative duties and general correspondence
    • Assist with Learning management System errors (Enlighten)

Skills and Experience:

    • Experience within a Learning Management System, Enlighten experience ideally
    • Experience in a team administrative position
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • High level of organisation and ability to multitask
    • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Enthusiastic approach to work and tasks at hand
    • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
