Supporting a team of 11 people globally the Team Assistant will also provide EA support to the Head of Private Equity.
Your duties will include:
- Arranging travel
- Diary management
- Processing expenses
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Event and meeting coordination
- Producing board packs
- Assisting with reports
To be successful you will have previous experience within a Team Assistant capacity preferably within a Professional Services or Financial Services firm. You will have strong communication skills and a proven track record of liaising with clients and senior staff members. You will have sound knowledge of MS Office including advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel. In addition you will be highly numerate and be comfortable in dealing with collating data be able to use your initiative and work to multiple and conflicting deadlines.
