Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will lead recruitment activities and be responsible for the talent management strategy. You will develop and manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, meet deadlines and monitor expenses. You will also be accountable for training and mentoring of managers and executives to ensure the attraction and employment of top talent.
To be considered for interview you will have experience in ideally both agency and internal recruitment environments. Having exposure within the IT industry sector will be favourable however professional services, middle market experience will not go unnoticed.
