A rare opportunity now exists for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a financial services company based in Sydney’s CBD. Working closely with and reporting directly to the Group People & Culture Manager, your core focus will be to deliver operationally, and to build the people & retention strategy. Your day to day will include:

Responsibilities:

Building and developing strong stakeholder relationships with the wider P&C team as well as business leaders
Supporting the business with high volume recruitment
Building the talent attraction and retention strategy to achieve overall business objectives through its people
Coach and up skill business managers on recruitment strategy
Manage and develop vendor and supplier relationships
Be part of the talent management system upgrade

To be considered for interview, you must have:

Demonstrable experience in crafting recruitment strategy and delivering on high-volume corporate services recruitment requirements
A drive for achieving excellence and exceeding set targets and goals
The ability to be agile and flexible in line with changing business needs
A passion for contributing to business improvement
Strong communication and relationship building skills
High attention to detail
Competitive nature
