Reporting to the Human Resources Director you will front recruitment activities and be responsible for sales talent sourcing across the APAC region. You will develop and manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, nurture a talent pool of professionals and meet deadlines. You will utilise resources including external third party databases, referral programs and your network to attract new and retain talent.
To be considered for interview, you will have sales recruitment experience in either agency or internal environments. Having exposure within the IT industry sector will be favourable however professional services, middle market experience will not go unnoticed. You will have strong people skills and demonstrate advanced project management with the ability to meet conflicting deadlines.
