Reporting to the General Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment activities. You will develop and manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, meet deadlines and monitor expenses. You will also be accountable for training and mentoring of managers and executives to ensure the attraction and employment of top talent.
To be considered for interview you will have experience in ideally both agency and internal recruitment environments. Middle market experience particularly across sales, marketing and administration will not go unnoticed. You will have strong people skills and demonstrated project management experience with the ability to meet conflicting deadlines.
