Reporting to the HR Director you will play a key part in developing and managing forward thinking talent acquisition strategies to discover and retain the best talent, whilst promoting this business' name in the market. Your role will play a crucial part in enhancing the recruitment capability of the HR team and you will be directly involved in end to end recruitment in their North Shore based office whilst overseeing recruitment for all ANZ sites. Other responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to streamline the recruitment process
  • Managing vendor relationships
  • Supporting hiring managers in selection process to enhance their recruitment capability
  • Be a candidate care advocate
  • Mentor team members both interstate and locally

This is a role for someone with significant similar experience in an end to end talent acquisition role, ideally in a corporate environment. Your qualifications in HR or OD will make you a stand out, as will your proven ability to manage projects, adapt to change and influence people.
