Job description

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a financial services company based in Sydney’s CBD. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager and working closely with the Talent and Retention Lead, you will own national recruitment activities across customer service and operations.

Responsibilities:

Building and developing strong stakeholder relationships with the wider P&C team as well as business leaders and managers
Supporting the Talent and Retention Lead with operational objectives
Strategically identifying and approaching talent with recruitment tools of the trade
Attracting talent by representing an employer of choice brand in the market
Delivering a positive recruitment and brand engagement experience
Building and maintaining vendor and supplier relationships

To be considered for interview, you must have:

Demonstrable experience in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment, ideally within customer service and operations. Experience in agency recruitment will look favourable
A drive for achieving excellence and exceeding set targets and goals
The ability to be agile and flexible in line with changing business needs
Strong communication and relationship building skills
High attention to detail
Competitive nature
