About you
In this role your ability to hit the ground running is imperative. With experience in a wide range of facilitation or system training you’ll be keen to roll up your sleeves and get ‘stuck in’!
Your excellent understanding of technology will be the perfect complement to you understanding different learning styles and your ability to assess employees. To top it off, you’ll be a superb communicator with initiative, excellent organisation and an exceptional flair when it comes to teaching and training!

Job description
They are a telecommunications company on the outskirts of Auckland central who are looking for system trainers to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be part of a fast growing and agile business who are looking to train their system delivery partners and technicians on their new bespoke systems.

What you will be doing as a System trainer:
Here you will be committed to the development of a top-notch group of people from around 150 system delivery partners and 600 technicians across New Zealand – there will be a team of 5 working on this project:
- Travel will be included in this role and you will need to work weekends
- For the first 2 weeks you will be trained on the system in Auckland
- The following week/s you will be on the ground training in a classroom setting – all content will have been developed although they are happy for you to add your personal touch!
