About the Role
Reporting to a Team Leader, and working within a close knit team, your three main tasks and responsibilities will be;
- To provide quick and efficient technical support across all products and services, this involves answering all phone calls, trouble shooting, teaching and instructing customers regarding both hardware and software functions of the products.
- Update the Service Management System with appropriate entries to ensure technicians have a clear understanding of the issue at hand, and what needs to be done to resolve the problem.
- Cooperate and coordinate with other departments regarding issues and participate in cross-training opportunities to ensure you are across any new and relevant policy and procedure changes.
Training will be provided on internal systems and processes.
You will definitely be a high achiever, always looking to improve yourself and progress. You will have solid experience within a customer service/ call centre environment, clear communication skills, and also experience within a troubleshooting and/or Technical support role.
