Job description
As the organisation continues to grow, an exciting contract opportunity has become available for a Social Media Community/Marketing enthusiast to join the team. This role is part of Corporate Marketing division that looks after the day to day management of social media channels.
This would be ideal for any social media and marketing enthusiast.
Your responsibilities
- Responding to posts and private messages that comes through social media channels
- Utilising current on-line capabilities
- Monitoring traffic of comments and posts that comes through campaigns and ads
- Escalating cases where relevant
- Addressing any department related concerns
- Liaising with other divisions concerned to ensure customer inquiry is responded in full
- Working closely with internal stakeholders during product launches and promotions
- Participate in Marketing and PR briefs
About You
- Great personal use and understanding of social media platforms
- Strong vocabulary and grammar
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organisational skills
- A team player attitude
- Experience in digital marketing would be highly favourable
