Our client has built a reputation as a leader in the property market offering an end to end solutions for all your property and wealth management needs. Involved in some of Melbourne's and Sydney's most prestigious luxury apartment developments, they have major growth plans in growing their Melbourne office. Due to this our client is on the market for a Senior Property Manager to join their high performing, vibrant team in their Melbourne CBD location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a property portfolio
  • Manage in-going and outgoing inspections
  • Liaise between property owners and tenants
  • Manage the day to day operations within your portfolio
  • Manage property maintenance
  • Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Reporting effectively and completing sales related administration
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and management
  • Exceed set KPI's

You will possess:

  • Victorian Certificate of Registration is essential
  • You will be well presented with impeccable communication skills
  • Previous experience in a Senior Property Management position, or extensive experience within a Property Manager position
  • A drivers licence with a reliable car
  • The drive and motivation to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to travel
