Job description
Key responsibilities will include:
- End to end campaign design, build and execution through SMC in collaboration with the marketing, sales and customer support teams to identify key customer contact points, driven by data.
- Provide technical support where necessary, trouble shoot with a solution focused mentality.
- Keep on top of emerging trends around data use, personalisation, and marketing automation strategies to ensure the organisation is industry leading.
- Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced industry
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or a very similar ESP)
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
