Due to their continuous growth, a new opportunity now exists for an experienced Sales Specialist / Membership Sales Consultant to join their QLD based team, to increase sales and drive customer experience.
about the role
This permanent opportunity has both an external and internal focus. Externally, you will be responsible for driving the final customer experience of the sign-up team to convert prospective members into active members. Internally, you will drive incentives within your territory, providing advice on any promotions or business developments. Additional tasks will include:
- Receiving bookings from the Sign Up team for face to face meetings with prospective members
- Booking appointments with members and internal staff for onboardings
- Conduct outbound calls to people who have undertaken the application process
- Provide advice to people around the platform and how success can be achieved
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your daily work flow, you are professionally presented and spoken and quickly develop rapport with all levels. You have a passion for sales and have a relaxed sales methodology. A fast learner, you have a flexible and adaptable nature along with a high degree of integrity. Having previously gained retail or membership sales experience, you are self-driven, solution orientated and possess a strong work ethic.
