Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager you will be responsible for:-

  • Maintaining the roster for over 70 staff
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure timesheet entries are correct
  • Coordinate leave requests with HR and Payroll
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Assist HR with on boarding of new staff
  • Administration duties as needed

To be successful in this position you will have

  • Previous rostering experience, preference in the healthcare sector but not essential
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
