Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for meeting & greeting all clients & contractors (including COVID compliance), answering all incoming calls / enquiries and assisting with basic administration as required.ย ย As it is a new site, there is lots happening on site so your ability to multi-task and help drive process to achieve deadlines and outcomes will be highlight advantageous.

- Previous Reception experience in a corporate environment essential
- Strong customer service skills and approach
- High level of communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate โ MS Office Suite
