THE FIRM

This busy boutique Law Firm located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney are looking for an experienced Receptionist and Team Assistant to join their team! With free parking available this is a great opportunity to work in a unique firm and close to home!

THE ROLE

As the first point of contact for new and existing clients, you will be based in reception area and be expected to maintain the firm's reputation for great customer service with their high profile clients.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Greeting clients
  • Reception duties
  • Incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
  • Tidying kitchen and boardrooms
  • Ordering supplies for the firm
  • Banking
  • General admin


THE CANDIDATE

The firm are looking for a candidate who is extremely hands on, with no duties too big or small. The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years' Reception experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
