The Role...

As part of a Real Estate and Construction team you can expect to partner with blue chip and commercial clients in relation to lease agreements. The team have a particular emphasis on responsiveness and client service to deliver on timely lease agreements. As a Leasing Paralegal you can expect to work hands on with files providing industrial, commercial and retail leasing services. Your duties will include:

  • Drafting lease agreements and contracts
  • Liaising with clients in relation to their lease
  • Managing a high volume of retail and commercial leasing files
  • Provide support to a Partner and Senior Associate
  • Administration and technical support

To be successful...

You will be an experienced Leasing Paralegal who has a proven ability in working across commercial, retail and industrial lease agreements. You will be an exceptional communicator who prides themselves on providing a fantastic client experience. In addition you will have excellent time management and organisational skills coupled with an eye for detail. Most importantly you will be a sociable and down to earth team player who is happily to jump in and support others when required.
