Job description
Reporting to the National Key Account Manager will be responsible for
- Managing 5 Project Coordinators
- Suggest and implement process improvementsย
- Coordinating projects with customers and suppliers
- Managing administration tasks of all projects
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
- Coordinate resources to ensure client expectations and deadlines are achieved
- Project coordinator transport functions including liaising with warehouse team and drivers
- Support the management of project schedules and work plans
- Deliver fast and efficient updates to resolve customer queries
- Maintain relationships with suppliers
- Provide data and other information to clients and management as requested
To be successful in this role you will have
- Previous project leadership experience
- Previous project coordination experience within a retail/transport/logistics/freight forwarding
- Proven process improvement and change management experience
- Experience managing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask various projects
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Proficient with the MS Office suite
