People2people is working closely with the NSW Government in seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to assist the greater team! This is a 6 month assignment with the possibility of extension if required and offering competitive daily rates.

about the role

Reporting directly to the Project Directors or Managers, the main responsibilities of this role may include:

  • General administrative support to various areas of the project team
  • Handling correspondence and mail
  • Document management
  • Diary management for Project Managers and Project Directors
  • Support Project Managers with administration, contracts, and client brief responses
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation as required
  • Maintaining and updating document checklists and project information
  • Document control, contract administration, and invoice approval


the successful candidate

  • System implementation and management, project monitoring, and contract performance
  • Proven experience providing administrative support, records management, reporting, and general correspondence
  • Proven experience completing multiple tasks on conflicting and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient using MS Office
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
