National mid-tier law firm seeking a Project Coordinator to join them on an 18 month contract
Reporting in to the Project Manager, you will support efficient and effective project delivery through:
Providing general administrative and operational support for the project;
Monitoring work in progress, maintaining registers, organising meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and reports, and responding to stakeholder queries;
Drafting and maintaining project documentation;
Developing effective working relationships with project team members, stakeholders and suppliers;
Coordinating stakeholder attendance at meetings and workshops.
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience as a Legal Assistant or as a Project Coordinator in professional services. In addition to this you will be:
Highly organised and capable, someone who enjoys being hands-on in delivering outcomes;
Passionate about supporting the delivery of a significant project;
Able to work autonomously or as part of a team;
Proactive and service-oriented in your approach;
Able to effectively interact with a range of stakeholders;
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Able to prioritise tasks and problem solve.

A salary package of up to $85,000 is on offer, depending on experience.
