Selection criteria:
- Proven experience within the manufacturing /production environment – ideally from Industrial /FMCG /consumable manufacturing / Food.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills and ability to present complex data analytics
- Demonstrated experience and skills initiating change management programs
- Track record of achieving process efficiencies and always adding value
- Experienced people manager, who has previously developed high performing teams
- Degree qualified in manufacturing/science/engineering discipline
