Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the timely transactional management of SAP purchase orders. You will:
- Develop working relationships with suppliers to ensure that the invoices are received correctly
- Reconcile purchase orders against the proposed supplier charges
- Develop a strong working relationships with internal staff with where you will request, collect, collate and verify all documents received
- Issue reminders to suppliers
- Create purchase orders using SAP and ensure they are approved correctly
- Perform the goods received function on SAP
Your previous procurement, purchase order or accounts payable experience using SAP will be a distinct advantage. Exceptional presentation and communication skills will secure you this great opportunity.
