This growing global financial services firm is seeking a dedicated and committed administrator to join their business and support their Investment Team:

You will be accountable for:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising internal and external client meetings
  • Preparing client reports, presentations and information packs
  • Assisting with monthly board reports
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Updating and maintaining client contact details using CRM database
  • Processing monthly expenses
  • Assisting with client projects, functions and events

To be considered for interview you must have:

  • Previous experience working within financial services within a similar role
  • Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook
  • A high attention to detail coupled with the ability to prioritise
  • A proactive approach to all tasks with a display of initiative and enthusiasm
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
