This social justice organisation recognises what 2020 has done to the world of work and would like a specialist HR Project Manager to assist with projects on a 12 month contract.

In light of COVID 19 you will plan, direct and implement a variety of HR strategies which focus on building organisational capability, highly engaged workforce and a culture aligned to achieving the organisations strategic outcomes

Reporting to the COO you will be responsible for projects including but not limited to

• Learning and development

• Performance reviews

• Staff health and wellbeing

• Diversity

To achieve this you will need to engage key stakeholders to define project scopes and project requirements along with partnering with stakeholders to ensure project consultation and to enable a successful project delivery.

To be considered for this position you will have

• HR qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering HR projects

• Project management experience

• Proven experience capacity building 

• Not for profit experience desirable but not essential

• Strong stakeholder engagement

• Clear and concise communication style

• Commitment and passion to the organisation's objectives and values, helping vulnerable people

You will have access to salary packaging along with leave loading. This role can be full time or part time (0.8) and they are flexible on start time and end times to fit in with your personal commitments. The annualised salary on offer is up to $95,000 + super (working 4 days or 5 days).
