Job description
Reporting to the Group People and Culture Manager, you will have a generalist focus and work alongside two additional P&C Managers. With the support of a coordinator, your focus will be:
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business
- Advising managers and staff through strong generalist knowledge across the end to end employee life cycle
- Educating and empowering key stakeholders through coaching and development initiatives
- Reporting on key metrics regularly to your Group leader and proposing solutions
- Collaborating effectively and assisting in the delivery of HR projects in line with the annual HR plan
To be considered for interview you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in an Advisor or Business Partnering capacity, delivering on people initiatives across the employee life cycle for a dedicated client group
- Qualifications with in HR
- Experience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment where a solutions focus is paramount
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills
- The ability to manage conflicting deadlines whilst managing stakeholder expectations effectively, ensuring delivery is achieved
