Based on the CBD fringes, our client is a well-established private enterprise with national operations. This organisation has experienced tremendous growth over the past 12 months and as a result are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their cohesive finance team.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and joining a friendly team, the duties and responsibilities of the role include;
- Hands on processing of a high-volume payroll
- Setting up new starters
- Award and EBA interpretation
- Payroll Reconciliations
- Providing exceptional customer service to all Payroll/HR related queries
- Working as part of a team and promoting company values
- Undertake any other duties, as directed by the Payroll Manager
With have experience in payroll processing in a high-volume environment, ideally you will have multi-site experience (although not essential) within a complex business as either your sole role or as a part of a broader range of duties. You will enjoy dealing with a broad range of people and providing a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for payroll queries.
