THE ROLE
In Melbourne, this global powerhouse is seeking a part-time Legal Secretary to join their expanding Insolvency and Restructuring team. This position is supporting one of the Partners that leads this group, plus additional Lawyers. ย ย ย
This is a busy and fast paced position and will be a job share with another Legal Secretary.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
The ideal candidate will have some proven experience in a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Paralegal position; junior - senior experience is welcomed. On a personal level, we are seeking someone who has a proactive work ethic, an ability to manage internal and external relationships, excellent time management, file management, organisation and communication skills and have a demonstrated commitment to high performance.ย

- Managing confidential firm information and opening new matters
- Document management
- Input and maintain client data into client relationship software
- Managing the monthly billing process
