Working closely with the Managing Director, this bookkeeping role will involve taking ownership of all transactional tasks, month end, trust accounting and payroll using Xero. Tasks will include:
- Accounts payable, batching coding and processing invoices
- Trust Accounting transactions
- Paying up to 400 weekly surcharges
- Running the monthly payroll
- Bank reconciliations
- Interpreting financial reports for Directors
To be considered for this position, you possess excellent communication skills and have experience setting up accounts for a business using Xero.
